Mr. Ali Alwayel
is a seasoned expert in strategic planning and project management with over 15 years of experience leading transformation initiatives across holding and investment companies, family-owned businesses, education and training institutions, consulting firms, and government entities. He has successfully designed and implemented corporate strategy frameworks, established and managed Project Management Offices (PMOs), and applied performance management systems—including Balanced Scorecards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)—to monitor performance and enhance institutional efficiency. His expertise encompasses strategic planning and execution, corporate governance, strategic growth initiatives, feasibility studies, investment decisions, and portfolio management, ensuring seamless integration between vision and execution to achieve sustainable results. His leadership has demonstrated a proven ability to link strategic direction with practical implementation, making him a cornerstone of strategic advisory and institutional transformation and corporate governance at ABHZ.

Bandar Al-Ghanem
Eng. Bandar Al-Ghanem brings over 15 years of experience in digital transformation, project management, and technology governance across several sectors, including the military, technology, education and training, and tourism. He has led the implementation of qualitative national projects that included the development of enterprise systems, process automation solutions, smart offices, and integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. His career highlights his ability to integrate technology and governance to achieve transparency and operational efficiency. At ABHZ, Engr. Bandr leads the Digital Transformation and PMO Systems track, focusing on embedding innovation and technology into all the firm’s projects to serve client goals and achieve institutional sustainability.
Hussain Alhaddad

Hussain Alhaddad
Mr. Alhaddad is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, a certified international procurement professional, and a Key Accounts Manager with extensive experience in the energy, industrial, commercial, and financial services sectors. He leads organization-wide continuous improvement initiatives and re-engineering projects, focusing on value chain optimization, demand planning, and decision support systems. He played a key role in establishing PMOs according to the national methodologies of the Spending Efficiency and Government Projects Authority (EXPRO). At ABHZ, he oversees the Continuous Process Improvement and Stakeholder Management tracks to deliver tangible results and sustainable performance.

Mr. Aldamiri brings over 25 years of experience in institutional excellence, quality management, and project governance. He is a PMP®-certified professional, a Certified EFQM Assessor, and an IRCA Lead Auditor for Quality Management Systems. His expertise spans social security, insurance, healthcare, government, and consulting sectors in Jordan, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia. He has led numerous organizations to win national and international awards, including the Government Excellence Model (GEM 2.0). At ABHZ, he leads Excellence and Quality projects, focusing on embedding a culture of sustainable performance and institutional excellence.
